Gauri’s Roman birthday

Now we hear that Queen Khan is taking off with her gal pals to Rome, in order to bring in her 40th birthday, on the eigth of October. Aamir takes the call
It’s not that Aamir Khan is passionate only about his home productions. The actor is back to work and is presently shooting for the last spell of 3 Idiots. In the midst of it all, he’s also taking time out to plan the marketing and promotions of the film. Recently, a team from Big Pictures (who’re co-producing the movie) dropped in to Aamir’s house to give him a detailed presentation of the marketing plan. They had been rehearsing and practising for over 10 days before the meeting happened. They didn’t want anything to go wrong since Aamir believes in perfection. Luckily for them, the actor was happy and he approved all the ideas. We hear a couple of guys from the team even got a promotion after that.

He will be seen with actor Ashmit Patel in Durban based American director Brad Glass’ Florida Road, which is about how two generations of an Indian family clash over values. “It’s about three brothers. I play the role of the eldest brother who is a successful businessman but very arrogant. But an incident changes his life,” says Priyanshu.

“Dil Bole Hadippa” from the Yash Raj Films and Ashutosh Gowariker’s “What’s Your Rashee?” will be premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.

“Dil Bole Hadippa” directed by Anurag Singh which is considered to be a laughter packed comedy film includes Shahid Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee in the lead role.

The other important characters are being played by Anupam Kher, Dalip Tahil, Rakhee Sawant and Sherlyn Chopra.

Its about a girl who is passionate about cricket and was willing to be a part of the village team being declined as the village forbids the girls to play the sport. She then sports a beard and a turban in order to hide identity and manages a place in the team. This is the main theme which is accompanied by music, romance and comedy throughout the sets in Punjab.

What’s Your Rashee is on the other hand based on Gujarati novel”Kimbal Ravenswood” by Madhu Arya, its again a romantic comedy played by Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja.

Lets see which film manages to make a mark at the Box Office. Dil Bole Hadippa releases on Sep 18 and What’s Your Rashee releases on Sep 25.

It was Negar’s second night in the camp and she saw something in white moving around the bushes at midnight. She screamed and woke up the camp members saying she saw a ghost. Delhi 6
Delhi 6, starring Abhi & Sonam, might be the only film in the race for the Best Foreign Language Film Award category of the Academy Awards. That’s because Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is so far the only maker who has recommended his film to Indian Motion Pictures’ Producers Association (IMPPA) to be sent to the Film Federation of India for sending it as India’s entry to the Oscars.

Ram Gopal Verma’s Agyaat has been shot in Jungles, particularly the Sigeria jungles of Sri Lanka. While RGV was shooting for Agyaat in the jungles, the crew set its base only 20 kms away from a base of LTTE terrorists. The whole crew was detained & interrogated by the Sri Lankan authorities suspecting them to be affiliated with LTTE.
