Happy-go-lucky and full of ambition, Jaipur girl Priyanka Solanki came to Mumbai two months ago. She may not have made her foray into Bollywood yet, but she is certainly raring to go. Back home she modelled for several ramp shows including a show for Spykar. But she wants to be fully prepared before she takes on B-town and is training at acting school, Creating Characters. She has her sights set on the perfect role so no matter how much she is pursued by TV channels she is determined to wait until her course is over before she signs up for anything.

When was the first time you realized you were sexy?
When I was in the 10th standard. People used to tell me that I was damn sexy, that’s when I started wearing skimpy clothes. Now I know that I’m sexy.

The kind of movies you’d like to do?
I’d like to do romantic and family-oriented kind of movies. I’d love to do a bahu role or maybe a college girl look.

One actor you’d want to go on a hot date with…
Akshay Kumar

Being sexy to you means…
Sexy is when people are attracted to you. It is when you’re not showing your body but you are still attractive. Not revealing but appealing.

The best compliment you’ve received from a guy….
I’ve got so many I cannot recall. But there was one guy who said that you’re so damn sexy, I can’t resist you.

If someone acts fresh with you, you would….
Frankly I don’t give a shit about these things. I’m here for my acting career so I don’t care what anyone says to me.

What was your first casting couch proposal like?
I haven’t had any yet. Koi aisa panga-shanga nahin hua abhi tak.

Who’s the most overrated ’sexy’ Bollywood heroine?
Kareena Kapoor, I think.

Your last date that ended in a mess…
It was my break-up. He’s from Jaipur and I’m here so we had to break up. We couldn’t have a long distance relationship.

One Bollywood hero you’d like to marry…
Shahid Kapoor, because he’s just so cute!

One Bollywood director you’d do anything to work with…
Karan Johar. Whatever he makes, he does with perfection. He’s the perfect director/producer. I’d do anything to work with him, because I believe in perfection.

When do we see you on the big screen?
I’m not sure yet. It depends. I’m waiting for my course to be over, that will be in December. They’re approaching me for a movie but I want to complete by acting training for my own satisfaction.
