Kambakkht Ishq opens well

Despite poor reviews, Kambakkht Ishq opened to excellent initial collections at the box office. It will need to sustain through the week to become a big hit. ‘Kambakkht Ishq is not vulgar’, said Akki in an interview to IBN7. His last two movies Chandni Chowk to China & 8×10 Tasveer were flops.

Comedy actor Arshad Warsi, of the Munnabhai fame, revealed that the comedy actors he liked, & likes, are Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan in Sholay, Govinda, Randhir Kapoor & Salman Khan’s Dus Ka Dum. The actor is busy promoting his next venture – Short Kut: The Con Is On.

Superstar Dharmendra was the chief guest at the launch party of Honour Killing which stars Pakistani actors Javed & Zara Sheikh. The movie is produced by Manmohan Singh & Harjinder Singh & is directed by Avtar Bhogal. Dharmendra charmed the audiences, and spoke at length about the India Pakistan friendship. In fact, the star even dished out some exquisite poetry he had penned himself.
